I am an Australian sacred musician based in Melbourne. I have traveled extensively throughout India, Asia, Central and South America collecting songs, playing music, meeting people and having adventures. I have some things to share, this is the place I will do it.
I have a background in yoga, meditation and mythology. I love the art of storytelling. I take inspiration from the great authentic mystical traditions and poets, Hafiz, Rumi, Ramana Maharshi, Ramakrishna... Alan Watts, Joseph Campbell to name a few.
The Mayan timecodes... their central theme time is art, time is the ultimate canvass for life.
The revelation of art is not ethics, nor a judgement, nor even of humanity as one generally thinks of it. Rather, the revelation is a marvelling recognition of the radiant Form of forms that shines through all things. (Joseph Campbell)
Through music and ceremony my intent is to create esthetic arrest, a hiatus, a sacred space where one can recognise the radiance of pure being.
